Well, we've decided to hold the Early Spring Kotobuki Dotonbori River Mantō Festival again this winter, expanding its scale from the test event held last winter.

Application Requirements
Only those who have applied for the Dotonbori River Manto Festival 2026 can apply.
②The lanterns available for application are limited to the same lanterns (existing lanterns) as those offered at Dotonbori River Lantern Festival 2026.
New messages cannot be submitted.
④ Lanterns will alternately use red and white bulbs. You cannot specify the location or color of the lanterns.
